Knowledge/Insight
The student is aware of the usage of templates and methods for structuring arguments while making deontological or ethical choices
The student uses the correct terminology in naming IT concepts.

Apply
The student documents scenarios and use cases with the appropriate (non-technical) diagrams and methods
The student creates the appropriate documents using the correct methodology for the analysis of a company request or need
The student creates an adaptive design for an IT component
The student designs visual interfaces and dashboards for the interaction between a human and an IT system
The student uses a structured method or template to evaluate deontological choices
The student estimates the impact of choices made in the one who comes after in working on the IT solution, the enduser, the customer, the company or society

Content

The student is able to produce a software solution concept based on a minimal non-technical briefing. The student is expected to conduct both functional as well as non-functional analysis.

This entails:

  • Flow charts
  • Use cases, use case diagrammes and their companion user stories and example mapping
  • High level software modelling by application of context, deployables and component diagrammes
  • Producing clickable wireframes
  • Ethical design in software solutions, based on given philosophies
